I have just started my business. Do you think I should go for a system now?
Establishing good systems is a very important step in starting a business. As your business grows, it becomes difficult to install standard solutions. It is best to start off with standard systems, and update/ customise the systems as your business evolves. Our solutions are extremely affordable and flexible. What are the differences between your systems and the other ones available online?
RALLP positions itself as a problem-solving entity. Our objective is to identify and resolve any issues that a company may have. In order to achieve this, we have built solutions across different business verticals. What does on-cloud data storage mean?
On-cloud storage is a term used for data that is stored online. All your data is stored on constantly monitored, secured online servers based in the US. The data can be accessed from anywhere in the world through the internet just by logging in to your account.
If one of my employees leaves my company, how do I secure the data? What happens to the data they entered?
All registered administrators have control over the account of the employees. When any employee leaves, the RALLP recommended standard process is to first reset the password of the employee account. Then to reassign the work in the purview of the employee to a different person or a new employee. Then disable the account of the old employee. (Disable accounts are not considered in the cost of the system)
As an owner, I only want to see the highlights of the business, not the complete system like other employees. Can that be done?
RALLP systems are fully customisable. We can configure different dashboards to the owner (referred to as superuser), administrators and employees (users) as per client need. We can also create groups within employees, and have a different dashboards and access level for each group.
What If I want to add a new employee?
Administrators can always add new users from their dashboard. RALLP does not charge for upto 10% additional users on any system. If you feel you are approaching the limit, or will cross the limit soon, get in touch with our sales team and they will add licences for additional users at a very nominal cost.
My business is growing, can I add more features or upgrade to a higher plan? Do I have to buy the whole plan again?
Standard system updates are done by paying the difference of the prices of the system you currently have and the system you intend to buy, you need not buy a new system again. In some cases if a customization is needed the pricing can be higher or lower
Can I customise an already customised plan?
Flexibility is one of the core values of the RALLP systems. We believe that the systems you use should grow and evolve as your business evolves. Any system of RALLP whether a standard system or a custom built system can always be further customised to the requirement of your business process.
What is the right time to invest in a system?
The correct time to invest in our solutions is when you begin to understand business pain points. You may not have experienced the issues yet, but you know the issues that will come. Most businesses have issues/problems that they learn to live with as they cannot find a solution or the solutions are too expensive. If you have such issues, get in touch with our solutions manager. In most cases, we will be able to give you a good cost effective solution.
What is a Business Process? How do I know if I have one, or what is my process?
A business process is all the activity you do to run your business. This includes everything from marketing, manufacturing, hiring people, training, buying raw materials, storage, to use of systems such as ours. In case you need help to understand your business process, you can always schedule a meeting with our business process experts.
My CA asks for a Tally File/ Tally access. Can I use this system as an alternative to Tally?
RALLP can provide a secure login to CAs to your system. Through this login, the CA is able to only see the finance related aspects of your business. If however, your CA insists on a Tally file, RALLP also has a tally integration option, where RALLP systems will synchronise data with tally so that you can continue to use Tally for accounting.
Why should I pay a monthly payment?
The monthly payment is towards upkeep of servers where your data is stored, charges towards data processing, network traffic, and licence fee for the software used. Paying a monthly fee becomes easier for most small businesses, as there is no sudden large investment. In case you do not wish to pay a monthly fee, RALLP also offers long terms solutions from 1-year to 10-year models where the costs are also extremely low (up to 75% discount)
Is it possible to make one time purchase of the RALLP systems?
Most of RALLP solutions are available for lifetime* purchase. This will give you the software for a period of 10years. In 10 years time, the software as well as the systems you install the software on will be obsolete, and RALLP will offer affordable upgrades.
If the computer on which the system is installed crashes (or is lost) do I need to buy the software again?
RALLP software is cloud-based. You can install the software on any PC by logging on to your RBM account on our website.
The number of employees/ administrators I have keeps changing. Do I have to continuously buy additional user licences?
RALLP always offers a buffer in licences, which means that you can always add up to 10% additional employees to the system without having to make any purchase. In case you need a larger buffer, you can always talk to our sales team and have that arranged.
I have purchased a system / website / solution from RALLP, and need to cancel the order. Can I get a refund?
In case you are cancelling an order for a subscription based product, you need to only pay for what you have used. The remainder amount, if already paid, will be refunded to you. In some cases a small processing charge may be deducted. Any charges towards development, customization, or services rendered cannot be refunded unless there is a genuine issue.
I have a requirement for multiple systems at multiple sites, will I be eligible for a discount?
Yes! In case of multiple requirements from a single customer, RALLP offers upto 20% discount.
What is the normal timeline for execution of a project?
RALLP will always include a timeline section in the offers or quotations we provide. Since all our systems are customised at least a little, the system execution time for standard or small projects is around 2-3 days. For custom systems and larger projects, the project timeline can go up to 1-2 months.
If I have a problem with a solution after the purchase who do I contact?
Every project has an assigned project manager or a SPOC. You can either get in touch with your SPOC, or the channel partner from whom you purchased the system. Our support team is generally available during office hours (Mon-Fri 9-5). Select projects involving business critical systems also have support availability 24x7. In case you are looking for a priority support option with your project, do tell our sales team so that it can be arranged.
Is it possible for the RALLP team to come at site to carry out installation and commissioning?
In most cases the RALLP technical team executes the projects online. However, we can always send our site execution team for commissioning for a nominal charge.
I / my employees are not very tech savvy. Will we be able to use your systems?
A user-friendly interface is the one of the core values of all RALLP systems and solutions, and we have very positive feedback for it. If your employees are able to use basic mobile apps, they will be able to use our apps. We also offer online training to your employees if needed.
What happens if I forget my password?
You can simply reset your password using an OTP sent to your email/phone, or get in touch with your project manager (or sales partner) who will be able to guide you through the process.
What if I want to discontinue the system? What happens to my data?
Every customer is able to download their data from the system at any point of time. RALLP will hold the data of the client for a period of 3-months after the termination of contract. During this time, the client can login and download their data if not done before. After the 3 months period, RALLP will send a notice to the client and erase the data after 7days. RALLP can also assist the client to migrate to a different system if required.
Where is all my data stored? Is it safe?
The data for all standard systems is safely stored in RALLP-rented servers in the US. The databases on the servers are encrypted, and all communication between your PC/Mobile to the server is also encrypted. These servers have a very high reliability and have no history of failures/ data-loss. Although we have scheduled maintenance for a few hours every few months, the overall uptime is more than 99%. For most businesses, these servers are more than sufficient. However, in case required, clients can also migrate their data to severe systems in India, self-owned servers, or virtual storage in AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure cloud storage based on criticality and business process. The pricing for each of the systems is different. RALLP can assist the client to decide what is the best solution.
Can I keep a record of the money that is yet to be paid by my customers?
Pending payments reminder is one of most used features of the RBM Smart Invoicing solution. Not only can you keep a record, you can also set up notifications, dashboard popups, configure detailed reports to understand the pending payments and more
Can I get alerts of pending jobs?
With the RALLP workflow management module (unlisted) we allow systematic and hierarchical management of all work in an organisation. By integrating this module in any system, an employee is able to get alerts/notifications of all his pending work. The system will also allow a manager or an administrator to get alerts for long-pending jobs of subordinates based on criticality and configuration.
How do I know if I can partner with your business?

Who sets the ground rules for the partnership?
